WHAT IS MY JEWELLERY MADE OUT OF?

Our jewellery is comprised from one of four metals: Solid Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel or Tungsten. Our solid gold pieces are either yellow or white gold, and 10K or 18K. Our 925 sterling silver pieces are made from 92.5% pure silver. Our stainless steel pieces are made from stainless steel then plated with 18K gold. The process of gold plating takes place when a thin layer of gold is bonded onto a base metal. Our Tungsten pieces are either plated with 10K gold or silver.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY JEWELLERY TO ARRIVE?

Please allow for 2-4 business days for all orders to be processed. Standard domestic delivery in Canada takes 3-7 business days. DESIGNSBYMNK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY JEWELLERY?

Due to hygienic reasons, DESIGNSBYMNK does not process

exchanges or refunds. Please contact us if any jewellery arrives broken and/or damaged.
